Keeping hydrated is crucial for health and well-being but many of us do not consume enough water every day. We recommend 3-4 litres of water each day and you should monitor your intake, this can be done in a number of ways:

  • Use a water bottle which has clear volume levels
  • Take a large 2-litre bottle to work or out with you each day and drink it all
  • Use a numbered post-it to stick on your screen/notebook each time to fill up your bottle / use a pint glass
  • Pimp your Drink – by adding lemon/lime/cucumber/mint/ginger to add a subtle flavour.
