Keeping hydrated is crucial for health and well-being but many of us do not consume enough water every day. We recommend 3-4 litres of water each day and you should monitor your intake, this can be done in a number of ways:
- Use a water bottle which has clear volume levels
- Take a large 2-litre bottle to work or out with you each day and drink it all
- Use a numbered post-it to stick on your screen/notebook each time to fill up your bottle / use a pint glass
